These are personal data that you voluntarily provide to us in order to conclude and perform a contract with Ronkowski Fabryka Okien i Drzwi S.A. We will process these personal data mainly for the following purposes: a) Conclusion and performance of a contract with Ronkowski Fabryka Okien i Drzwi S.A. – to the extent necessary for the establishment, formation, modification, termination, and proper performance of the contract. b) Fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on Ronkowski Fabryka Okien i Drzwi S.A. – e.g., issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents, responding to complaints, fulfilling obligations arising from warranties, ensuring the security of services provided. c) Establishment, defense, and pursuit of claims.

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds related to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data when such data is processed in connection with the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the data controller, and when personal data is processed for legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, including profiling based on these grounds. If a justified objection is raised, the data controller will no longer process the personal data unless they demonstrate the existence of compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or the grounds for establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims. This right may be exercised by sending the appropriate objection to our address or email.

Personal data will be processed by us for the duration of the contract concluded with us, for the execution of the ordered service or goods, and after the contract has ended, to fulfill our legal obligations. After the contract ends, your personal data will be stored until the expiry of the statute of limitations for claims or until the expiration of the obligation to retain personal data required by applicable laws, such as the obligation to store accounting and tax documents, which is a 5-year period.
