Warranty conditions for interior doors

Warranty conditions for interior doors
  1. The manufacturer provides a 24-month warranty for doors finished with the final paint coatings by Ronkowski and installed in accordance with the attached “Internal Door Installation Instructions” by the manufacturer’s installers, Authorized Installation Groups, or by the Buyer independently. The warranty period is calculated from the date of sale shown on the proof of purchase.
  2. In case of a defect arising during the warranty period and reported to the Guarantor within the warranty period, the manufacturer (Guarantor) commits to:
    • A) Free repair of the defective product during the warranty period or replacement of the product with a new one if defects are found that cannot be repaired. The manufacturer (Guarantor) commits to performing the repair or replacement within 60 days, or in special cases (e.g., production technology, degree of damage, or complexity of making a new product) within a maximum of 90 days. The decision to repair or replace is made by the manufacturer after inspecting the product at the Buyer鈥檚 location or at Ronkowski’s facility.
    • B) If the defect causing the complaint is deemed by the manufacturer (Guarantor) to be repairable, the warranty service will be provided by repair.
    • C) If necessary, the manufacturer (Guarantor) has the right to conduct a site visit at the Buyer鈥檚 location to verify the legitimacy of the complaint. The manufacturer (Guarantor) will arrange a site visit with the Buyer during business days. Failure to cooperate with the manufacturer (Guarantor) in scheduling the visit or preventing the visit at the scheduled time will result in the loss of warranty rights. The same rules apply for a representative of the manufacturer (Guarantor) visiting the Buyer鈥檚 premises for disassembly, reassembly, or defect removal.
    • D) If the defect does not require factory repair, the warranty repair aimed at restoring the product to contract compliance can be performed by sending replacement parts to the store (seller). The manufacturer (Guarantor) reserves the right to perform the repair at the Buyer鈥檚 premises by the manufacturer’s service.
    • E) If the defect requires factory repair, the manufacturer (Guarantor) reserves the right to retrieve the product from the Buyer to perform the warranty repair at the factory, with the aim of restoring the product to contract compliance. The manufacturer (Guarantor) commits to completing the repair at the factory within 30 days.
    • F) The complaint will be processed and resolved within the shortest possible time.
    • G) With the Buyer鈥檚 consent, the complaint may be resolved by a price reduction, which will result in the expiration of the warranty on the complained product.
  3. Buyer鈥檚 rights:
    • A) The Buyer may submit complaints regarding defects at the sales point where the product was purchased or at the manufacturer鈥檚 (Guarantor鈥檚) headquarters, presenting proof of purchase of the complained product along with a properly completed “Warranty Card.”
    • B) The “Warranty Card” is the exclusive document (along with the proof of purchase) authorizing the Buyer to claim the rights contained in it.
    • C) The “Warranty Card” does not exclude or limit the Buyer鈥檚 rights arising from the non-conformity of the product with the contract.
  4. The warranty does not cover:
    • A) Mechanical damage and external defects caused by improper handling during transport, storage, and storage of products.
